Winter 2015 Must Have Polishes

Winter 2015 Must Have PolishesOh my goodness y’all, it’s the first day of winter. This is bad news because that means it’s going to start getting cold. And there might even be snow (I do NOT like snow). But the winter solstice is always good news because today is the shortest day of the year and I, for one, am tired it getting dark so early. I’m looking forward to the days getting longer over the coming months.

The polishes for Winter 2015 are fun! And even a bit unexpected. I’m really excited about the current trends in the nail polish and even fashion world. Well, expect for the 2015 Pantone color of the year. BUT I will address that a bit later.

Under the jump you will find the 5 must have colors for your nails this winter season along with multiple polish recommendations for each color.

Make sure to leave a comment and let me know what you will be wearing on your nails this winter and also what you think about the 2015 Pantone color of the year.

Iron Bowl 2014 Manicure

Beat Bama nails It’s hard for me to believe the 2013 Iron Bowl was a year ago. I was in Jordan-Hare Stadium when Chris Davis ran it back 109 yards and the ground literally moved. But what I really remember about that play is my brother looking at me when Chris was at about the Bama 40 yard line and […] Continue reading →

1960’s Nails

1960's Nails I find nail polish trends to be fascinating. I did a post on 1920’s nails when The Great Gatsby film came out and enjoyed reading about what was considered in at the time and why. My foray into 1960’s nails didn’t come due to a film but because of Halloween. This year I went as […] Continue reading →

This year he picked Chili’s. Y’all, I hadn’t been to Chili’s in years and I must say I was quite impressed with my meal. We […] Continue reading →

Fall 2014 Must Have Polishes Last week I spotted my favorite apples at the farmers market. Over the weekend I got my apple baker out. That can only mean one thing; fall has arrived!
