Nail Art: nails inc. Blue Pop Mani

Nails Inc Baker Street and Nails Inc Bamboo White nail art The Daily VarnishOh my gosh y’all. I am so tired.

After a night out with the bestie on Friday my phone rang at 7:30 on Saturday morning. I rolled over and saw it was the boy calling. He was in Wilmington playing in a golf tournament and wanted to know if I wanted to meet him in North Myrtle Beach later that day. To make a long story short, by Saturday afternoon my booty was sitting on the beach. We had a wonderful (extra) long weekend hanging out on the beach and eating fantastic German food but all that sun and sand has made me a bit delusional.

So, we are going to keep this post short and sweet. This manicure was inspired by a photo I saw on Pinterest. I liked the idea of a nude base and a pop of color. For my version of the mani I used nails inc Bamboo White as my base and nails inc Baker Street for my pop of blue. These two polishes looked so good together. Plus this look is easy to achieve; I used no special nail art brushes. All I did was drag the color over about two-thirds of the middle of the nail straight out of the bottle.

Can’t get much easier than that! Plus, it made for a great Friday mani.

If you don’t have Bamboo White in your collection it is still available at Sephora. Baker Street, which I’m pretty sure is part of the nails inc. permanent line, is also available from Sephora.

Make sure to check out the swatches under the jump!
