nails inc. Kings Road COVERSometimes the deals on HauteLook are just TOO good to resist. That was the case with the Cracker Collection from nails inc. that included 6 full size polishes for less than $20. Considering that nails inc. polishes retail for at least $10 a pop and the set is $40 elsewhere I was sold.

Kings Road is my kind of polish though admittedly not particularly unique. It is a silver foil that has a slightly less metallic finish than Essie No Place Like Chrome and OPI Push & Shove. But, because it’s not quite as metallic it’s more forgiving on the nail and doesn’t show every single imperfection you didn’t even know existed.

The formula is fantastic; I used just two coats in my swatches.

I ended up topping this polish with nails inc. Trafalgar Crescent and oh my gosh that manicure turned out amazing.

Anyway. There are, of course, swatches under the jump. You can pick up the Cracker Collection from Nordstrom. Sometimes things show back up on HauteLook (and they do have a nail polish sale every Monday; this week is Illamasqua). If it does I’ll make sure to tweet and post on Facebook to let everyone know.

You can find Kings Road by itself though it is super expensive on Amazon. eBay is a much more wallet friendly way to go.
