While deborah lippmann polishes haven’t been on my radar quite that long it is definitely one of my favorite brands; particularly when it comes to unique glitter polishes.
To celebrate reaching the 15 year milestone deborah lippmann released a limited edition set of 6 mini (.27oz) polishes.
This set offers a wide variety of polishes. They range from really classic to interesting glitter finishes.
This would make a great gift or even something nice to get yourself. It’s a great way to try a wide variety of deborah lippmann polishes while getting a bit more bang for your buck.
Under the jump you will find swatches of all 6 polishes. They’re all great quality and none require more than 3 coats.

Fashionably Late: This is the first polish I tried from this set. I’d call this color a new classic. It’s a deep but not too dark blue leaning purple creme that applied beautifully in two coats. I used this under Essie Summit of Style and that manicure was absolutely stunning.
You’ve Got a Friend: Oh hello perfect nude polish. You’ve Got a Friend does perfectly something that is VERY hard to do for a nude polish; look good on everyone. It’s not a warm or cool nude. It’s a perfectly neutral nude. I have a very fair, cool complexion and while this looks a bit mauve on me it’s quite flattering. The formula is fantastic; I used just 2 coats in my swatches.
This One’s On Me: This is my kind of polish. This One’s On Me is a deep violet packed with red microglitter. In low lighting this can look almost black but it really comes alive in the sun. The finish has a jelly feel to it so I did use 3 coats in my swatches which gives the polish quite a bit of depth.
Stand By Your Man: You can’t have a nude polish in a set and not have a classic red polish! Stand By Your Man is a gorgeous deep red creme. Like You’ve Got a Friend this red is neutral so it will look good on most skintones.
Running on Faith: Ok, this polish is awesome! Running on Faith is a super metallic/glitter polish with a silver-gray blueish green finish. That’s the best I can do; the pictures tell the story! This polish is, at least in my collection, entirely unique. I really enjoyed wearing this polish.
Ya Got Trouble: When I looked at the polishes in this set I thought I would going to hate Ya Got Trouble. I was wrong! It turned out to be part of my Thanksgiving manicure. It’s a gorgeous brown packed with gold shimmer. The formula is on the thin side so I did use 3 coats in my swatches. Brown polishes don’t get enough love!
