SinfulColors Splatter Spell

SinfulColors Splatter Spell COVERWe all know I have a minor freak out when black glitter is involved in a nail polish. I adore black glitter so I was pretty excited about the glitters from SinfulColors’ Halloween 2014 Wicked Color collection.

SinfulColors describes Splatter Spell as gilded black flecks. While that description is super creative it doesn’t tell the whole story.

Splatter Spell is a mixture of black and copper glitter in different shapes and sizes suspended in a clear . This is designed to be a top coat. I used just one coat of Splatter Spell over Sally Hansen Pumpkin Queen in my swatches. The glitter deposited evenly and sat flat without any effort.

I really like this glitter. It’s certainly an easy way to achieve a very simple Halloween manicure. Plus, the colors in the polish aren’t specific to Halloween; this is a polish that will work well throughout the fall.

All SinfulColors polishes retail for $1.99 and are available at Walgreens and Target.

Make sure to check out the swatches under the jump!
