OPI Juice Bar Hopping

OPI Juice Bar Hopping coverWho’s up for some (juice) bar hopping!? Personally, I’d leave out the juice. But I still love the name!

Juice Bar Hopping is from the 2014 OPI Neon collection. It’s a gorgeous super bright tangerine creme. As with other polishes from this collection, Juice Bar Hopping has a slight jelly finish to it.

The formula is quite lovely for a neon though I did need 3 coats to get a fully opaque finish.

I really loved wearing this polish. It’s right up my alley. As is most of this collection. I’m really glad I went for the mini set.

The OPI Neon collection is currently available at Ulta. The Little Bits of Neon Mini Set is also available at Ulta as well as on Amazon.

Make sure to check out the swatches under the jump!

Do you like it more than Sinful Colors Citrine ?

This was my exact question!! I have Citrine just wondered if its much different, I havent worn it in so long 🙂

They’re completely different. This is a neon and has a jelly finish. The color itself isn’t even all that similar.

You didn’t answer my question 🙂

I have Citrine and I don’t think I’ve ever worn it. Eeek!

Brighter than I’d normally wear, but the tangerine shade is a lovely departure from straight up orange, and I really like that “slight jellyish” finish. This shade is like a deeper/brighter version of RBL’s jelly Starfish Patrick, which I have on right now.

I do too! I think the reason I like this polish so much is because of the finish.

Do you think the mini brushes are difficult to work with?

    • Alli June 19, 2014 at 4:54 pm

      I don’t.

I have pretty narrow nail beds so I find the mini bottle brushes are actually easier to work with than the wider, regular bottle brushes.

Thank you! I was going to limit myself to 2 full size bottles but I think I’ll get the minis instead so I can play with them all.

What do you think?
