deborah lippmann – Don’t Stop Believin’

Deborah Lippmann Don't Stop Believin'Press Sample

Finally! Summer! Since Memorial Day weekend marks the unofficial start of summer, I am more than ready for something bright and fun on my nails today. In a few hours, I’ll be soaking up some sun poolside with some gal pals – perfect day. Now let’s talk about this perfect polish…

I am just smitten with deborah lippmann’s 80’s Rewind Collection for Summer 2014. 80’s music is such a fun theme and it’s perfectly paired with bright fun summer colors. When I listen to 80’s music I want to sing at the top of my lungs and dance around like a fool. It’s just so… fun. Who doesn’t love Journey?  Just a small town girl, livin’ in a lonely world….C’mon, you’re singing along with me aren’t you? Don’t stop! She took the midnight train goin’ anywhere

Don’t Stop Believin’ is a bright red orange creme with a squishy jelly finish. It’s really quite stunning. This is my second experience with a deborah lippmann polish and I’m absolutely smitten. The application is so smooth and easy. I used three coats for my swatches and am in love with the finished look. It’s bright and bold without being over the top.

You can get pick up Don’t Stop Believin’ and the rest of the 80’s Rewind Collection at Sephora, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom.  Alli’s loving this collection as much as I am. Make sure to check out her reviews of Maniac, She Drives Me Crazy, and Walking on Sunshine.

  1. I am wondering how this compares to similar colors. Reminds me of Chanel Holiday, or Essie Meet Me At Sunset. I am waiting for OPI Race Red, which seems similar, but possibly a touch more red, to see which one I like best before I commit. I haven’t done too many orange polishes, so I am testing the waters to see what flatters. don’t Stop Believing is definitely a Contender.
