JulieG – Miami Beach

JulieG - Miami Beach BottleAre you ready for the next stop on our JulieG Summer Cruise? We’ve already visited Santorini, and now we’re headed to Miami Beach! No one ever said we were going to take the most efficient route…I visited South Beach last Spring and loved every minute, be sure to check out some of my pictures below!

I absolutely love destination themed collections, and it’s been so long since I’ve tried a JulieG polish, so I knew when I got up yesterday that Miami Beach was going to be my nail of the day.

Miami Beach is a bright and fun poppy pink that leans coral. It’s beautiful. I used two coats for my pictures. I’m really glad I picked this polish, it reminded me how nice JulieG polishes are! While I live within 5 miles of probably 10 CVS or Walgreens stores, Rite Aid is just not a convenient stop. I’ll definitely be taking the trip more often, these polishes pack a lot of punch for their price – just $3.99!

Currently this collection is available at Rite Aid stores. For those of you who do not live near a Rite Aid this collection is also available on jessesgirlcosmetics.com. They have free US shipping on any order over $20 and do have international shipping as well.

I fell in love with this swatch and since we don’t have any Rite-Aids here, I ordered it online. Sadly I was so disappointed! Mine is a true bright orangey-coral, not a trace of any poppy pink. 🙁 It was my first time with Julie G – I ordered several others as well. I do wish they had the names on the bottles! (In fact my bottle is so coral that I almost wonder if it’s actually Old San Juan since they aren’t labeled.) So now I’m on the hunt for Pixi Peony Pink – my Target didn’t have it last week! I am on a mission! 🙂 Love love love this blog, it’s my nail polish Bible! Thanks for your great posts!

The name is on the JulieG bottle. It’s really small on the back label. Took me a good while to figure that out the first time!

You’re right, I found it! Thanks! (I am still convinced my bottle is labeled wrong – ha!)

Oh no! That’s no fun! For me – the name is on the back just under the bar code – check there 🙂 What else did you order?

Thank you for your kind words!

I also got Santorini (a little bright for my taste once I had it on, although a gorgeous color), Rio de Janeiro (really like that one!), and haven’t tried yet, but ordered on your recommendation: Blueberry Fizz & Sugar Plum Fairy. I had to get one more to qualify for free shipping (they are brilliant in their pricing that way!) so I got Big Red Bow. Have been wanting Blueberry Fizz and Sugar Plum Fairy forever! 🙂

What do you think?
