Julep Roc Solid

Julep Roc Solid coverOh hey, Julep. It’s been awhile!

I don’t get a Julep box every month. But this month’s It Girl box really caught my eye.

Julep describes Roc Solid as a vintage military green. I don’t really get a military green vibe from this polish. But, I do love this green. It’s different from most greens in my collection and it feels really chic and modern on the nail.

The formula is wonderful. I used two coats in my swatches. I have no complaints!

While I was wearing this polish I added Julep Diamond Theory on my ring finger for an accent nail. The end result was gorgeous.

I’m loving this kind of color for Spring. If only the weather would start to warm up!

Julep polishes are available at Sephora, but the monthly subscription service is a much more affordable way to get Julep polishes. To get your first month free use the code FREEBOX!

  1. I see it greyish green, not “military”. Beautiful colour, not common at all.
    No Pistol this month?

  2. This is such a gorgeous green! 🙂

  3. Luv it! Looks like a dead-on dupe for Marc Jacobs “Nirvana Green” which I recently got but haven’t tried yet. I like Julep… they offer gorgeous/unique colors, a nice formula, and a fun “select a box” format… but I quit membership after a while, because the bottles are just too darn small!… if I like a color enough to order it, I want to get at least a few manicures out of it before it’s half gone.

  4. This was the first Julep box that has interested me for a few months. I wore Roc solid last week. Great color and formula, like really great!
