deborah lippmann She Bop

deborah lippmann She BopIn case you haven’t heard….deborah lippmann is now available at Sephora stores! Even more exciting is deborah lippmann released 4 new polishes exclusive to Sephora, 3 cremes (She Bop, Lilac Wine and Chasing Pavements) and one glitter (99 Luftballoons).

She Bop is a light pink creme with purple undertones. This is a very flattering and sophisticated pale pink that’s appropriate in even the most conservative environments. Unlike many pale pinks, She Bop is not at all chalky and has no traces of yellow which can make the pink too warm for cool skintoned girls like me. I’m not a pale pink polish wearing kind of girl but She Bop is gorgeous.

Application was lovely. I used just two coats in my swatches.

While I do love this polish on its own I added a little glitter on top for a Friday night mani. You can get a sneak peek of that manicure here.

She Bop (along with the rest of the Sephora exclusive deborah lippmann polishes) are currently available in Sephora stores and on the Sephora website.

Below the jump are some swatches for your viewing pleasure!

  1. Very unassuming, a great polish to wear to work, and really pretty. Would look lovely on short nails too. I need a few neutrals handy for when I get stress fractures on my thumbnails and have to trim pretty short to compensate. There’s a Sephora nearby, I should take a look.

    1. As much as I don’t like to admit it we all need neutrals nail polishes in our collections. I love this one, Definitely check it out next time you’re in Sephora 🙂

    1. Boo! You know, I have to say, I was never all that impressed with the Sephoras in Europe. They always have a fabulous fragrance selection but not much in the way of makeup and nail polish.

  2. Wow, I just checked it out, Nail Polish Canada is selling it for $22.00, and the local Sephora is worse. I don’t think I like it that much. Ouch!

    1. Deborah Lippmann is expensive everywhere; the quality is Ok but I don’t think the price is justified. Check beautybay.com, sometimes they have special offers.
