Sally Hansen Salon Effects Kitty, Kitty

All of a sudden life has gotten so hectic! I blame it on the holidays. The holidays make people crazy and I am no exception. This year for Thanksgiving I am attempting to cook a whole turkey for the first time. I am terrified. Moral of the story, I knew I wasn’t going to have time this past week to do my nails so it was a perfect time to give Sally Hansen Salon Effects another try.

I am a sucker for anything leopard print; shoes, clothes, accessories. You name it, I own it in leopard print! I’ve even tried to do leopard print myself (which ended poorly…). So when I saw Kitty, Kitty it was a no brainer. I had to have it! Kitty, Kitty was also the perfect choice since metallics are a huge polish trend this fall and go with everything!

In terms of application and wear I had great luck with Wishnets so I was expecting the same great results with Kitty, Kitty. For the most part I was happy with the application and wear, but for some reason Kitty, Kitty did not wear as long as Wishnets. Perhaps I did something wrong when I was applying the polish strips, but the polish strip on my right pointer finger came completely off after only 5 days of wear (and is still floating around Uptown Charlotte somewhere….).

If you want more info about how to apply these polish strips and their durability I did an entire post on those topics that can be found here.

Make sure to check out the macro shot of Kitty, Kitty below the jump :)
