OPI The Show Must Go On!

Yet another polish from OPI’s Holiday 2010 Burlesque collection. I picked this up after spotting the display at Ulta along with OPI Show it & Glow it!. I’m loving this polish. It’s so pretty and glowy. I got a ton of compliments when I was wearing this 🙂

The Show Must Go On is a red and orange duochrome foil/metallic finish polish. The finish reminds me a great deal of the Orly FoilFx collection and OPI Lucerne-tantly Look Marvelous.

Application is amazing. The formula is just so smooth and highly pigmented. This was easily opaque in two coats, though as usual, I used three just to be safe.

This polish did chip rather quickly on me (as other foil polishes have in my experience).

Katie found out that starting tomorrow OPI will be 2 for $10 at Ulta. I’m planning on picking up Ali’s Big Break (that is my name, after all!), but I can’t decide on the second one. I’d love any suggestions y’all have!

    1. I too have Wing It! and didn’t even think to compare the two. In the bottle they do have some similarities. I think TSMGO is the winter version of Wing It 🙂

  1. I think the OPI 2 for $10 nail polishes are only the ones specifically on the add page (a couple of top/base coats and maybe 10 colors), so sadly the promo doesn’t apply to the burlesque collection. I too find that TSMGO easily chipped on my nails 🙁

    1. It is 🙁

Katie’s Ulta informant let us down!

And yeah, I think the chipping is really the only negative of this polish. But it’s so pretty I’m willing to put up with it 🙂

What do you think?
