Color Club Who are we Wearing? reminded me that I had OPI Who are you Wearing? and I knew it was an amazing polish. I have been frustrated with the poor application of the Color Club polishes from the Rebel Debutante collection, so using an OPI was a nice break.
OPI Who are you Wearing? is from the 2007 Holiday in Hollywood collection (can you tell I love that collection!?). This polish fits safely into the blurple category. The base color is purple, and it has blue and red micro glitter. Under some lights it looks purple, in others it appears to be blue.
Application was perfection! 2 coats, not at all streaky, and very opaque.
I have a few blurples in my collection. Comparison’s below the jump!
I do love my blurples! The closest colors I have to OPI Who are you Wearing? are Revlon Dark Pleasures Purple Pleasure, OPI Russian Navy, and Essie Midnight Cami. I would say Russian Navy is the only other true blurple. Purple Pleasure looks purple in every light, and Midnight Cami always looks blue.
Purple Pleasure is the only out of the bunch that has black as its base coat. Midnight Cami lacks the red microglitter the others have.
