I picked this up in an “Enchanted Duo” pack along with Enchanted Forest for $1.99 on clearance at Sally’s. If not for it being in a pack with Enchanted Forest I don’t think I would have looked twice at this topcoat. But for $1.99 I couldn’t say no.
Orly Prisma Gloss Gold is very sparse gold holo microglitter suspended in a clear base. The direction simply state shake (and by shake they mean shake alot!) and apply 2 coats.
I used it on top of Enchanted Forest (which seemed to be the idea since they came together) as well as OPI Louvre me, Louvre me not. Neither of the combinations wowed me. Though, I think the Enchanted Forest plus the Prisma gloss look would be great for the holidays. This topcoat gave Louvre me, Louvre not an interesting look, but it was almost too much since LMLMN already has some sparkle to it.
I plan to experiment with this topcoat more and find exactly what polishes I like it with. The really fun thing about this topcoat is the ability to add holo glitter to any polish.
